I'm 30-something. On the younger end of 30.
I am a Gemini and ambidextrous, which means I am entitled to 4 separate and distinct personalities.
I read cookbooks like they are novels.
My husband and I have been together for over 8 years, married for over 5.
We are new parents. We are jittery and bug eyed.
I'm a consultant to the themed entertainment industry and work from home. I have a closet full of swank work clothes and heels I now rarely wear.
I wish I owned a dog.
I have allergies out the yin yang.
I'm on my second career, having bailed on academia and the fascinating life of a geneticist. The spouse, however, did not bail.
Despite my handle, I am no longer in Chicago. However, I will always be a Chicagowench. We moved a fair bit when I was a kid, and the 8 years I spent in the city proper, plus 4 in the suburbs in high school, makes it the closest thing to a hometown I have.
I am Jewish.
My husband is not.
We live in a very Christ-centric area.
